Security & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, additional charges may apply.
House Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbors, the following rules apply:
- No smoking inside the property
- No illegal activity of any kind
- No unauthorized guests or parties
- Respect quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved
Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Reservations & Payment
All reservations must be paid in full or with the required deposit to secure your booking. Once payment is received, your reservation is confirmed and dates are held exclusively for you. We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in details will be provided prior to arrival once your booking is fully confirmed. Standard check-in is between 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM-12:00 PM unless otherwise stated.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to approval and additional fees.
Liability
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and property during the booking period.
Agreement
By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
